I started Cleana because nobody would just tell me the price.
I called five cleaning companies for my own place in Chandler. Not one of them would give me a number over the phone. Every single one wanted to send somebody out first, and two never called back at all. It took nine days to find out what a three-bedroom clean costs.
That's the whole reason this company prices the way it does. You see the number before anyone has your address, and the number you see is the number on the invoice. If we get the estimate wrong, that's our problem to eat, not yours to argue about.
We're not a franchise or an app. It's a small crew working the East Valley, paid properly and by the hour, so nobody is rushing your kitchen to make the next job. I live here. I run into customers at the store. That's a good reason to do the work right.
